Philippine Online Store Corp. does not have any affiliation on the company/store owned by any merchandise we sell on our website.  We are an independent company that only buy and sell their merchandise on a retail basis.


Outlined is our Policies in using our website and has to be agreed upon check out to complete your order:

Account
Clients are not to create an account using fictitious name, address and telephone number.  When an account holder place an order for the first time, we check the identity of the account holder to avoid fraudulent credit charges.  Unmatched information will be declined and will lead to the cancellation of the account without notice.

We, at Philippine Online Store, are actively working with Authorities and Banks in acting against cyber criminals.

Sales
All sales are final after your order has been forwarded to our processing unit.  This will be confirmed vie email.  POS has the right to refuse to process any orders from suspected fraudulent clients.

Order Verification
First time orders will be required to call POS for verification of the order and billing information provided during the time of order.  POS will provide the callback telephone number via email.

Credit Card Charge
By clicking the "Confirm Button" at the check out page, you agree to pay the amount due Philippine Online Store Corp.

The POS account holder should be the owner of the Credit Card when purchasing any merchandise from our store, otherwise it will be considered as fraudulent charge and your order will not be processed.  You should provide us Credit Card billing address and ZIP/Postal code that match with that one on your Credit Card statement; otherwise, your Credit Card will be declined.

All Credit Card frauds will be prosecuted.

Returns and Exchange
All appliance returns or exchange are to be dealt directly to our Supplier.  All other merchandise CANNOT be returned or exchanged.  We make sure that all merchandise are in good condition and free of defects before we deliver them to your recepients.
