We Deliver Your Order To Your Family In The Philippines.

Shipping & Returns

Please Read our Shipping and Return Policy before placing your order.

1.  Regarding Order
Before we can process any orders, the Credit Card Information and Billing Address have to be verified.  You have to call the phone number that is found on your ORDER COMPLETE page after your order has been complete.  You must call from the telephone number that you registered during registration for the authentication of the call.  All orders become final when the order has been forwarded to our processing unit.  We will send you an email confirming this.

Processing takes 3 days from the date of order for all appliances, all other merchandise has 2 days or less processing period.

2.  Order Cut-off Time
6:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).  All orders received after cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

3.  Shipping Rate & VAT
All prices on our website include VAT and Shipping charge.  There are no hidden or additional charges when you reach the Check-out Page.

4.  Shipping/Delivery Timeframe

Same Day Delivery (1:00PM and 6:00PM only):
     Pizza Hut

Next Day Delivery/Shipping:
     Fruit Baskets
     Grocery Baskets
     Cellphone Cards

3rd Day Delivery:

To ensure no delays on your delivery, make sure you provide us a complete address of your family in the Philippines, including their Subdivision Name and Cellphone number.  Philippine Online Store Corp. is not liable for any delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete address of your recepient provided to us.

For Jollibee, Goldilocks and Pizza Hut Deliveries (FOOD): These orders are only available for deliveries between the hours of 1:00PM and 6:00PM, Philippine Time.  To ensure timely manner of delivery, please coordinate with us, otherwise they will be delivered on the same day the order was received.

5. Returns and Exchange
All appliance returns or exchange are to be dealt directly with our Supplier.  The name of the supplier will be reflected on the delivery receipt and will be provided to your recepient in the Philippines upon delivery.

All other merchandise CANNOT be returned or exhanged.  We make sure that all merchandise are in good condition and free of defects before we deliver them to your recepients.
